Floor Supervisor, Retail

We are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor at Crescent Link Retail Park, Derry.

Permanent part‑time role of 30 hours per week with flexibility for day, evening and weekend shifts.

As a Floor Supervisor, you will support the Floor Manager in ensuring that our team delivers the best store standards for our customers.

• Support the management of our teams and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Provide colleagues with the appropriate skills, knowledge and training.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service.
• Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements.
• Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work.

• Experience supervising/managing a small team in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• The ability to think on your feet and motivate others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude.
