Role Overview

• Maximise sales and profit while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and customer service.
• Lead and manage a store team to achieve targets and meet customer needs.
• Ensure store operations comply with health & safety, store policies, and safeguarding guidelines.
• Generate and sustain customer, donor and colleague loyalty through creativity and resourcefulness.

• Experienced people manager in a retail environment.
• Strong communication, organisational and leadership abilities.
• Creative and resourceful with a proven track record of driving sales and profit.
• Commitment to safeguarding; ready to consent to a Basic Criminal Record Check.
