Sales Advisor Team Leader

Overview

This is a permanent full-time position, offering 35 hours per week. This position is based in the H&M Derry store.

As a H&M Sales Advisor Team Leader, you will coach your team to provide an exceptional shopping experience and support the management team, leading your store to success.

• Represent the H&M Brand positively and engage with customers to provide excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Support commercial actions together with your team to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, brands, and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide customers.
• Provide and receive feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.
• Secure operational and visual excellence through guiding and coaching colleagues.
