About the role

The Executive Sales Manager is responsible for managing all device sales, lead development, event coordination, customer relations and communication of Acclaro business within their geographic area. Acclaro Sales Representatives must approach each year, quarter, month, week and day with an effective profession plan and is responsible for the creation and execution of that plan.

What you'll do
  • Client Acquisition & Retention:
    Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with high-value clients while maintaining and expanding existing relationships.
  • Consultative Selling:
    Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Revenue Generation:
    Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to position our offerings effectively.
  • Executive-Level Engagement:
    Present proposals and negotiate contracts with C‑suite stakeholders and decision-makers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA or advanced certification a plus)
  • 5 + years in a sales driven organization
  • Aesthetics experience required
  • Proficiency in Salesforce a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills; ability to accurately analyze information and make sound decisions.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals and managing large accounts.
  • Advanced Presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
