Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator
. This is a full‑time, permanent position located in Findon and has an uncapped OTE of £30,000 pa
.

• Book valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression.
• Provide honest, reliable & professional advice to potential vendors and applicants.
• Create media materials and release properties to the market.
• Order EPCs / required compliance.
• Email property alerts through ReapIT and HTML.
• Handle all pre‑ and post‑follow‑up for appointments conducted, including confirmation calls and feedback.

• Looking for a challenging role that moves at a fast pace – no two days will ever be the same.
• Has a natural selling ability.
• Is articulate with strong negotiating skills.
• Ideally has 1 year’s experience in a similar role.
