CONNELLS GROUP is looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join the residential lettings team in Filton. This position provides an excellent chance for career development in the lettings field.
You will deliver exceptional service while driving business results, conducting property viewings, negotiating rental terms, and progressing lets. Ideal candidates will have lettings or sales experience and strong communication skills.
Competitive salary between £25-27k with uncapped commission is on offer, along with industry-leading training and additional perks.
