Construction Sales Representative

Full-Time | Permanent | Competitive Basic + Commission | Company Vehicle

Due to the expansion of our territory, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Construction Sales Representative to join the successful team at Lloyd Ltd covering East and West Yorkshire.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate person to join our sales team and embark on an exciting career path, selling industry leading construction machinery.

This is an exciting role for an individual with experience within the construction machinery or sales industry to further their career in a territory with great opportunity.

• Selling new and used construction machinery from world-renowned brands to both existing and new customers in our territory.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Understanding our customers’ needs and matching them with the right machinery solutions.
• Promoting our full product range and attending shows, demos, and events.
• Managing the full sales process — from quote to delivery — including all relevant paperwork.

• Is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about construction machinery.
• Has strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Is a confident communicator and IT literate.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.
• Has previous sales experience (ideal, but not essential if you have industry knowledge/understanding).

This role will be predominately based on the road covering East and West Yorkshire, however the successful candidate would be required to occasionally visit our Bishop Auckland depot.

Minimum 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus weekend availability.
