We're looking for an Accounts Manager who will manage UK accounts including wholesalers, vape shops, and e-commerce platforms while identifying new business opportunities to drive growth. This role combines account management with new business development, focusing on meeting sales targets and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Management of a portfolio of UK accounts which include Wholesalers, Vape Shops and E commerce sites
- Initially a new business focused role, liaising with buyers and distributors to identify strategic opportunities and growth into new customers and retail space
- Contact customers and prospects on a daily basis to generate sales opportunities across liquids, hardware and the wider brand portfolio
- Be a self-motivator and sales driven with the ambition to bring in new business opportunities across the UK vape sector
- Ensure there is a clear pipeline of prospective customers by defining the sales pipeline for the business including meeting monthly and annual revenue targets
- Promote the full range of brands while representing the company in a positive and professional manner at all times, regularly reporting back findings to improve the company’s performance/ increase knowledge sharing within the team
- Be accountable for the sales performance by having the desire to meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain high standards of exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
- Offer bespoke services to a varied account base by adapting approaches to customers
- Embrace the industry to promote the product and premium brand on offer, demonstrating the benefits for retailers to stock products
- Generating sales leads through prospecting retailers and distributors
- Proven sales experience in delivering success in fast changing dynamic markets
- Channel experience and good vaping sector knowledge (desirable)
- Previous experience of working in a trading/selling environment
Highly self- motivated with a strong work ethic - Ability to relate to all levels of consumers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven entrepreneurial approach delivering success in fast changing dynamic markets
- Demonstratable successful negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Salary commensurate with experience
