Sales Development Representative

Hays are partnering with a high-growth organisation to recruit a Sales Development Representative to join their expanding team based in Derry.
Your new role

• You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through outbound activity including cold calling, email and Linked In.
• You will qualify leads, uncover business needs, and book high-quality meetings for the sales team.
• You will manage your own pipeline, maintain strong activity levels, and work closely with internal teams to maximise conversion and performance.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and resilient approach to outbound sales activity
• Target-driven with a competitive mindset
• Highly organised with good time management skills
• Ability to build rapport and identify customer needs
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or a target-driven environment (desirable)
