Hours:

About the Role:
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Good level of concentration and coordinating
  • Good communication skills and effective report writing capabilities.
  • Physical protection of the premises from any external or internal threats and preservation of life
  • Prevention of loss of assets, critical technology, sensitive information, or reputational damage
  • Thorough knowledge of the client to minimise impact to business areas, eliminate where appropriate and understanding of critical systems.
  • Oversee perimeter access through reception for staff, tenants, contractors, and visitors.
  • Undertaking patrolling, searching and emergency response procedures.
  • Monitor access and egress of personnel and guests and respond to breaches.
  • Maintain clear and legible records and logbook Adhere to health & safety at all times.
  • Any other duties deemed necessary.

About You:
  • Ability to demonstrate that you can problem solve under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload.
  • Passionate about delivery excellent service
  • Willing to embrace a new and exciting challenge.
  • Valid SIA licence
  • Front of house experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Adhere to health & safety at all times.
  • Any other duties deemed necessary.
