Hoop Recruitment LTD is seeking a Leaving Care Social Worker to manage a caseload of young people preparing for independence. The role involves conducting pathway plan assessments and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, contributing to the team’s duty system, and providing support alongside Pathway Advisors.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant Social Work Qualification and experience, coupled with registration with Social Care Wales or Social Work England. This position is based in Swindon and offers a pay rate of £38 Umbrella.
