Support Worker, Mental Health

We have an opportunity for Support Workers to join our team!

This is a great role for you to continue your career in care or if you are new to the care sector we have a comprehensive learning package that will support you in your new role and give you all the tools to do the job!

• Supporting people to live independently, this can involve helping the people we support budget their finances, pay bills, housework, organise appointments and cook.
• Supporting in the community – helping people to access activities and days out.
• Developing personal and practical skills to enhance independent living.
• Being responsible for the safeguarding of the individuals we support.
• Administering medication when required – full training will be given.

• Positive, motivated and passionate about providing the very best support.
• Self‑motivated and committed to the role.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• No experience required – just be hard‑working, caring and share Potens values.
