A VC‑backed AI start‑up on a mission to transform how deals get done is looking for a Founding Full Stack AI Engineer to join their fast‑moving team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the product and technical vision from day one—building a scalable platform that blends cutting‑edge AI with a slick user experience. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in an early‑stage environment, enjoys tackling complex problems end‑to‑end, and wants their code to have immediate, visible impact.

• Designing secure, scalable APIs in Python/FastAPI
• Building and optimising Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Owning vector databases (pgvector, Weaviate, FAISS) and embedding strategies
• Integrating OpenAI / Bedrock models and developing guardrails & evaluation flows
• Ingesting and structuring data for high‑performance retrieval and analytics
• Building clean, fast UIs with React / Next.js
• Shaping cloud architecture (
  AWS, Docker, ECS
  ) and CI/CD pipelines
• Working directly with the founders to set the product and technical roadmap

• 5+ years’ full‑stack experience with Python + React/Next.js
• Proven hands‑on AI engineering —
  RAG systems, embeddings, hybrid search
• Familiarity with Lang Chain / Llama Index and LLM evaluation tools a bonus
• Start‑up mindset — proactive, hands‑on, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Founding‑team impact with meaningful equity
