As a Java Developer in Kainos

As a Java Developer in Kainos, you’ll be responsible for developing high‑quality solutions and products that delight our Workday customers and impact the lives of users worldwide. You’ll do this while learning about new technologies and approaches, with talented colleagues who will help you learn, develop, and grow.

Join a dynamic, cross‑functional team working closely with our Product department in an agile environment. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape requirements, influence technical direction, and contribute to innovative AI projects—including implementing AI to support and enhance development workflows.

• Experience building and testing modern software applications.
• Experience in Java and Type Script.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with frameworks:
  Angular, Spring, Hibernate, or Dropwizard.
• Familiarity with databases: SQL or No
  
  SQL.
• Experience applying common design principles and patterns.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Flexibility and the ability to overcome obstacles to achieve personal, team, and business goals.
• Active pursuit of better ways to do things, using imagination to find fresh solutions to complex problems.
• Constructive feedback skills—transparent and truthful in interactions.

• Exposure to modern version control and continuous delivery pipeline techniques.
• Experience troubleshooting issues within development and test environments.

• Familiarity with the Workday ecosystem.
