What you will do:

• Ensure the meticulous maintenance of accurate records for company receivables
• Execute the processing and input of verified invoices from customers and the accounting team with precision
• Conduct thorough reviews to identify and rectify any discrepancies
• Facilitate effective communication with internal teams (CSRs, GMs) to gain a comprehensive understanding of billing and job specifics
• Manage the dispatch of invoices directly to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism
• Coordinate with the corporate team to resolve billing-related queries efficiently
• Adhere to stringent deadlines, ensuring all billing tasks are completed within a 3-business-day timeframe around month-end
• Maintain exceptional organizational skills to manage workload and meet deadlines consistently

What you will need to be successful:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in data processing or input (internships and part-time work considered)
• Prior billing experience is a plus, but not required
• Basic understanding of debits and credits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
