Highlights:Serve as the key finance partner to plant leadership and operations
Own plant financials, close, KPIs, and operational reporting
Lead standard costing, inventory, and manufacturing variance analysis
Key role in the company's Net Suite implementation and ERP transformation
Partner on Cap Ex, project accounting, and operational investments
Lead and develop the plant accounting team
Significant growth potential within a PE-backed organization
They're looking for a hands-on finance leader with strong manufacturing, plant accounting, and cost accounting experience who can be a true business partner to operations.
