- Lead and coordinate projects and events which support the company’s business cause.
- Engage in projects and tasks requiring the exercise of independent judgment (e.g., initiate calendaring projects, coordinate business travel to align with executive travel in different time zones, develop meeting agendas).
- Handle tasks and special projects requiring analysis of situations and data, formulate and execute plans.
- Manage all travel, including anticipating special travel needs, passport or visa issues, and resolving travel conflicts during trips, regardless of time zone.
- Prioritize all requests for meetings and appointments, proactively managing the calendar and making necessary adjustments, recognizing and avoiding conflicts, and estimating time to complete tasks.
- Participate actively in meetings and create meeting minutes, ensuring absolute confidentiality.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks including creating and formatting letters and data, drafting, formatting, and finalizing documents.
- Proactively initiate and return telephone calls in a timely manner for Executives as appropriate.
- Gather information or data from the President and/or Executive’s direct reports and compile into reports/presentations.
- Organize a variety of domestic and international meetings, including working with hotels, conference centers, advance team activities, and ensuring arrangements and financial aspects are effectively managed.
- Interact tactfully with others to screen meeting requests, handle last‑minute cancellations, and convey messages or directives from the President and/or Executives.
- Coordinate facility logistics, equipment, and presentation needs for meetings with customers, vendors, or Kemin employees.
