Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Account Manager to oversee and nurture client relationships, ensuring seamless communication, project management, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will be the primary liaison between the company and its clients, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and driving customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

Client Relationship Management (40%)

  • Serve as a single point of contact for communication between customers and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Proactively address client concerns, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to clients on key account performance metrics.
  • Understand the products and services that the business offers to better ensure their adequate delivery to customers.
  • Ensure clients receive timely and accurate responses, reinforcing a high standard of customer service.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and finance for billing, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely invoicing.
  • Provide clients with detailed performance and financial reports, including billing summaries, usage analytics, and key metrics.
  • Work closely with finance and operations teams to address billing discrepancies, contract terms, and payment inquiries.
  • Assist clients in understanding their invoices and financial statements, providing clarity on charges and cost structures.

Project Management (30%)

  • Manage and oversee special projects and client requests, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate deliverables and ensure seamless execution of client initiatives.
  • Track and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in client account management, billing oversight, or customer relations.
  • Strong understanding of billing processes, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, financial systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
