Position SummaryPosition Summary The Client Success Manager is a relationship-focused role responsible for cultivating and managing ongoing relationships with clients scaling up their production efforts in the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage markets. This role works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new and existing clients.
Position Responsibilities- Develops and maintains strong client relationships during pre-production and post-production activities; proactively maintains contact/check ins with clients in between production cycles.
- Works directly with clients and production team to ensure projects are completed to client and Red Boot Beverage specifications on an efficient and timely basis.
- Develops and maintains standard operating procedures for onboarding new clients in a streamlined manner; maintains and distributes associated documentation to appropriate parties.
- Responsible for seamless client onboarding experience including, but not limited to creating, vetting and getting approval on draft and final production packets in partnership with internal stakeholders including, but not limited to:
- Works with clients to collect all specifications for ingredients, packaging materials, formulas, coding, ingredients, etc.
- Monitors and manages shelf‑life testing; discusses results with clients.
- Works with external consultant to get TTB approval on formulas and labels.
- Assists clients with procuring process authority letters (non‑alcoholic) beverages in a timely manner.
- Communicates shipping, receiving and payments for pre‑production runs to appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with clients, vendors and manufacturing team to ensure proper packaging specifications are met for containers, closures and packaging materials (cartons, trays, boxes, etc.) meets Red Boot Beverage’s manufacturing requirements.
- Procures packaging coding from GS1 website and NABCA website.
- Ensures palletizing is done correctly according to Red Boot Beverage’s requirements.
- Communicates micro‑testing results on finished goods to clients and follows up with appropriate actions as required.
- Utilizes project management skills to manage onboarding process to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Creates and leads client visits by preparing schedules/agendas, tours and tastings.
- Liaisons with Orthodox Union on behalf of clients and Red Boot; manages the Kosher certification process in the use of certified OU symbol on product labels.
- Supports quality efforts as a member of the following internal teams: customer complaints, recall and food safety; addresses any concerns and takes actions as necessary.
- Coordinates with ingredient and packaging/materials suppliers to support clients during pre‑production activities.
- Meets all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements; participate in food safety meetings as required.
- Cultivates and promotes a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations; identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions; participate in safety meetings as required.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in with an emphasis in marketing, sales or management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of proven successes in similar client‑facing role.
- Prior beverage industry experience preferred.
- Customer‑focused mindset; excellent relationship building skills; must be outgoing and personable, as you will regularly be approaching and working with new accounts.
- Excellent communication (written/verbal) and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Well‑organized and skilled in time management, prioritization, scheduling, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Regular, full‑time, on‑site position.
- Must be available to work daily and extended hours as needed to support client onboarding and production schedules.
