Position OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in ensuring excellence in administrative execution, internal operations and process improvement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational and administrative tasks related to Insurance New Business and Policy Owner Service, improving process and systems, and serving as a go-to resource for internal and external stakeholders.
This position will directly support some of the firm’s key sales Producers and their partnerships, playing a critical role in advancing how we deliver on high-level commitments with excellence.
- Customer Service
:
Act as initial contact person and handle client questions for policyholders and internal stakeholders. Help to resolve issues related to inforce and incoming policies and clients. - Policy Administration
:
Help lead process for new applications, renewals, policy change requests, claims processing, and billing. Need an eye for detail on documentation and submission materials. - Operations Support
:
Manage and improve on process for administrative workflows and internal systems. Oversee data entry, record maintenance, and document handling while ensuring accuracy of data and information. - Reporting
:
Ensure that we are following industry standard for compliance, legal and regulatory standards. Help to develop and deliver reports on policy activity, claims status, and related metrics. - Product Knowledge
:
Requires a strong understanding of Life Insurance and Annuity products. Any experience with COLI, BOLI, PPVUL or Non Qualified Executive Benefit Plans is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years proven experience in an administrative/operational support role in the Insurance industry, similar to New Business, Policy Owner Services, Sales Support, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for data integrity and meeting deadlines.
- Professional communication skills able to work effectively with executives and external partners.
- High attention to detail, follow-through, and urgency in execution.
- Docu Sign and Excel proficiency preferred.

We will also consider those near Boston, MA or Hartford, CT. Remote is a possibility for candidates who are a near perfect match for the job.
