Lead Generation Manager

• Experience working 1+ years in IT as a Lead Generation Specialist.
• Experience working with Linked In Sales Navigator, Upwork, Angel List, Crunchbase, Tech Crunch, Xsing, Xray etc.
• Maintain database (Hub Spot), work with tools (Linked In Sales Navigator, Linked Helper, Reply.io, Lemlist, Phantombuster, E-mail campaign etc.).
• Work with Google documents/sheets/presentations.
• Strong understanding of various lead generation techniques, including inbound and outbound strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize lead generation performance.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successfully generating high-quality leads.
• Excellent custom cover letter writing skills, with the ability to tailor messages to individual Upwork job posts and client needs.
• Level of English:
  Upper-Intermediate (at least) or Advanced.

• Research and identify potential leads through various platforms, including Linked In, Upwork, industry directories, and online databases.
• Manage cold emails / Linked In campaigns through automation tools.
• Writing custom cover letters and outreach messages that effectively communicate our value proposition to each Upwork job post.
• Collect potential prospects and their contact information by using lead-generation tools.
• Establishing the initial contact with potential clients.
• Work with the Marketing and Sales team to develop new strategies and approaches Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of different lead generation channels and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and sales.
