• You’ll need a high school diploma or GED and some childcare experience, because your hands‑on skills make a real difference in a child’s day.
• If you don’t already have a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, don’t worry, we’ll support you in earning one as you grow with us.
• Have or are working toward an Associate’s Degree (AA) in Early Childhood Education? That’s a big plus and can open doors for advancement.
• For our Early Head Start program (ages 6 weeks to 36 months), a CDA with Infant/Toddler coursework is required, or you can commit to completing it with our guidance and resources.
