FCS Family Support Worker

• 80 hours of vacation time after 90 days of employment

• Provide family transportation and facilitate family interactions.
• Provide necessary crisis intervention services.
• Coordinate and schedule interactions and meetings with families and FCS team members.
• Write and submit case specific documentation as required.

Required:

High School Diploma and 1 year of experience in human services with children and/or adult dependents. Preferred:
Associate degree with 6 months of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in human services or related field. Must work independently, handle emergencies, and meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Access to reliable internet or ability to work from an office. Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance with liability coverage, and a safe driving record. Candidates with diverse backgrounds and multilingual abilities are encouraged to apply!
