Responsibilities include creating cost estimates, verifying bids, and maintaining databases related to cost and pricing. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in construction engineering or management and at least 5 years of estimating experience, preferably in residential construction. Proficiency in relevant software like Plan Swift and Microsoft Office is a must.

This role may require evening and weekend hours to meet project goals.
