Qualifications- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
- Proven track record successfully completing ground-up multifamily projects
- Projects ranging from $15-30M
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent field
- Self-perform experience is a plus
- Implements, maintains and enforces safety procedures
- Understands project plans and specification and conducts job site operations in compliance with contract
- Conducts required meetings and produces necessary documents
- Development and maintain positive relationships with clients, sub-contractors, agencies and employees
