Multifamily Lead Superintendent

A reputable builder in the area is seeking a proven Lead Superintendent with a multifamily project background to add to their team! They take pride in the value they bring to their clients beyond building through innovation, collaboration, and outperforming their competitors. This builder has a strong reputation through their innovative thinking, community involvement, and performance recognition retaining top talent. Projects are located throughout the Midwest.

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
• Proven track record successfully completing ground-up multifamily projects
• Projects ranging from $15-30M
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent field
• Self-perform experience is a plus

• Implements, maintains and enforces safety procedures
• Understands project plans and specification and conducts job site operations in compliance with contract
• Conducts required meetings and produces necessary documents
• Development and maintain positive relationships with clients, sub-contractors, agencies and employees
