Seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead industrial, agricultural, or food processing construction projects from site mobilization through equipment installation, startup, and closeout.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate subcontractors, trade foremen, and site activities.
- Manage project schedules, site logistics, safety, and quality.
- Oversee civil, concrete, structural, millwright, and process equipment installation.
- Monitor progress, resolve field issues, and maintain daily project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and project safety requirements.
- 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years in a superintendent or field leadership role.
- Experience in industrial, agricultural, grain, milling, or food processing construction.
- Greenfield construction experience preferred.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification, First Aid/CPR, and applicable competent-person training required.
- Must be willing to travel full-time and temporarily relocate to project sites across the U.S.
