As a sushi expert on our culinary team, you’ll be involved with menu creation and rolling sushi for Epic staff, customers, and guests. Sushi served in our specialty venue, Chopsticks, has been well received, and we're excited to expand our offerings to more culinary venues across our campus. In addition to crafting and carrying out our sushi menu using fresh, quality ingredients, you'll serve as a mentor for others on the team as they learn the art and technique of sushi preparation.

Sushi is available daily and our menu also features the unique cuisines of countries throughout Southeast Asia including China, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos and more allowing for the opportunity to showcase other areas of knowledge you may have in international cuisine. Learn more about our team at

• At least 2 years of sushi preparation experience
• International experience preferred, but not required
• Fine dining, large-volume experience preferred
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate
