Family Medicine Physician - Mount Ayr, IA

Mercy One Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join its Rural Health Clinic in Mount Ayr, IA, a community known for its close-knit atmosphere and peaceful rural setting. The town offers excellent schools, access to outdoor activities like parks and lakes, and is just 1-2 hours from Des Moines, Kansas City, and Omaha, providing the perfect blend of rural charm and access to metropolitan amenities.

Physicians will have the opportunity to practice a wide variety of medicine while building strong relationships with patients in a supportive community. With a slower pace of life and growing healthcare demand, Mount Ayr is an ideal location for both personal and professional fulfillment.

• Join a team of 1 Physician and 4 APPs
• Volume: 18-24 patients/day
• Schedule:
  
  M-F (4x10 hour shifts)
• Clinic Responsibilities: outpatient clinic and nursing home rounding
• Onsite lab, X-ray, and pharmacy

• 2-year income guarantee of $290,000
• $150,000 recruitment incentive
