Job Overview
The VA Central Iowa Health Care System is recruiting for a full-time Physician-Hospitalist. The Hospitalist Physician will provide Admission, Discharge, daily follow up and Consultative medical care for Hospitalized patients at the VA Medical Center in Des Moines.

The Hospitalist Physician will support Hospitalist Advance Practice Providers (including Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners) in their clinical practice in the care of inpatients.
Responsibilities- Provide Admission, Discharge, daily follow up and consultative medical care for hospitalized patients.
