This specialized workshop is designed to equip professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to become effective coaches in Motivational Interviewing (MI) for child welfare workers. As MI coaches, participants will support child welfare professionals in applying MI techniques to enhance their interactions with clients, promote positive behavioral change, and improve outcomes in child welfare settings. Through a combination of lectures, practical exercises, role-playing, and supervision practice, this workshop provides a comprehensive foundation for coaching child welfare workers in the principles and application of MI.

Registration will begin at 8:30 AM. Training will start promptly at 9:00 AM. This training is scheduled until 4:00pm.
