Investment Banking Analyst

BCC Advisers is looking to hire a highly motivated full-time investment banking analyst to join our growing investment banking team. The analyst will play a key role in supporting mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and strategic advisory mandates across a variety of industries.

• Perform financial analysis and valuation using a variety of methodologies including DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis
• Build detailed financial models and transaction materials (e.g., pitch books, CIMs, management presentations)
• Conduct industry and company research to support business development and live deal execution
• Assist in the preparation of client deliverables
• Participate in due diligence, process management, and deal execution activities
• Support senior team members with marketing initiatives and client interactions

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Highly organized and detailed-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
