Financial Analyst
BCC Advisers is looking to hire a highly motivated full-time investment banking analyst to join our growing investment banking team. The analyst will play a key role in supporting mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and strategic advisory mandates across a variety of industries.
Analyst responsibilities include- Perform financial analysis and valuation using a variety of methodologies including DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis
- Build detailed financial models and transaction materials (e.g., pitch books, CIMs, management presentations)
- Conduct industry and company research to support business development and live deal execution
- Assist in the preparation of client deliverables
- Participate in due diligence, process management, and deal execution activities
- Support senior team members with marketing initiatives and client interactions
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic;
