Contract Duration: 12 Months
Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years of Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- 7+ years of Operational Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to complete analytical work with Data to support decision making and explain resolution to complex problems
- Advanced understanding of Operational risk and governance, preferably in an oversight role
- Experience presenting results of operational risk monitoring and emerging risk to executive leadership
- Experience in Auto Lending and associated processes
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Independent Risk Management, such as Credit Risk, Independent Testing, or Operational Risk.
- Review and analyze complex multi‑faceted, larger scale or longer‑term Independent Risk Management challenges that require in‑depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi‑faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
