Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a finance associate to join the Finance & Restructuring practice group. This position is available in the Des Moines office.

We are seeking candidates with three to six years of experience in corporate finance and/or working with financial institutions, private credit lenders or borrowers in finance transactions, including loan originations and real estate financings. The candidate must have experience drafting loan, security, intercreditor and related documents, advising on covenant compliance, leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting documents. The successful candidate also will have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

• Three to six years of experience in corporate finance and/or working with financial institutions, private credit lenders or borrowers in finance transactions (including loan origination and real estate financings).
• Experience drafting loan, security, intercreditor and related documents.
• Experience advising on covenant compliance, leading due diligence teams, and managing specialists.
• Excellent writing skills and superior academics.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
