What you will do:

• Manage daily financial activities, including AP/AR, payroll, cash receipts, and general ledger
• Assist CPA with creating accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support month-end/year-end close processes and account reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow, forecasts, and liquidity management
• Oversee HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, training, benefits, and terminations
• Process biweekly payroll via ADP, ensuring compliance with deductions and garnishments
• Handle year-end tasks, including W-2s, 1099s, 401k reporting, and benefit renewals.
• Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring timely and accurate work
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with leadership on decision-making and strategic planning
• Ensure GAAP compliance and adherence to local, state, and federal regulations
• Oversee tax filings and develop tax strategies
• Coordinate internal/external audits and maintain strong internal controls

What you will need to be successful:

• 4-year degree in accounting or finance
