Senior Financial AnalystSalary: $100,000 - $125,000 + Bonus
Location: Remote

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and business performance analyses
• Prepare budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting for assigned business units
• Analyze revenue trends, compensation incentives, and key business drivers impacting results
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, recommendations, and decision support
• Support month-end close processes, ad hoc financial analyses, and strategic initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or related finance experience
• Insurance brokerage industry experience required
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis expertise
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems;
Workday Adaptive experience preferred
• Accounting foundation with progression into finance/FP&A strongly preferred
• Private equity-backed company experience highly desired
