This position, with the supervisor, is responsible for developing, implementing, and strategizing statewide oversight, training, and coordination of various Reentry Quality Assurance and Continuous Quality Improvement.
This involves working with DOC staff including but not limited to Treatment Directors, Treatment Services Directors, Correctional Counselors, Residential Facility Managers, Field Supervisors, Community Treatment Coordinators, and Probation/Parole Officers to achieve the goals of the DOC and meet performance targets.

Applicants must meet at least one of the following minimum requirements to qualify for positions in this job classification.
- One year of full-time work experience in the administration or operation/execution of a program; and
- A total of four years of education and full-time experience, where thirty semester hours of accredited college or university coursework in any field equals one year of full-time experience.
- A total of two years of graduate-level education and full-time experience, where twenty-four semester hours of accredited graduate college or university coursework in any field equals one year of full-time experience.
