Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – On-Site Inpatient | $10K Sign-On + Relocation

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance

• Accrue up to 120 Hours of PTO + 40 Hours Sick Time
• Licensing and DEA Fees Covered
• Full-time, on-site role in an inpatient behavioral health setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality psychiatric care
• Access Telecare will fully support your transition, training, and clinical oversight

• PMHNP certification across the lifespan (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PMHNP
• At least 1 year of inpatient psychiatric experience
• Active or eligible for licensure in Iowa (we can help with this!)

• Rounding and call for an 18-bed adult unit, on-site Monday through Friday. No weekends.
