As a Rehab Technician, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams—helping patients of all ages regain strength, mobility, and independence.

As a Rehab Technician, you’ll work closely with licensed therapists to deliver restorative care and support patients through their rehabilitation journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with therapy treatments and exercises under therapist guidance
• Safely transporting patients and preparing equipment
• Supporting daily operations including cleaning, organizing, and restocking
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring patient confidentiality

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained within 3 months of hire)
• Completion of Mandatory Reporter training (within 3 months of hire)
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
