• Possesses the knowledge or has the ability to monitor resident vital signs and report variances or changes to the licensed nurse.
• Able to understand and follow each resident’s service plan and provide assistance as required.
• Promotes communication between community team members and the resident for preferences, change in medical conditions, and other health‑related instances.
• Supports resident well‑being with compassion, patience, and respect.

• Edencrest at Green Meadows – Johnston, Iowa
• Edencrest at Beaverdale – Des Moines, Iowa
• Edencrest at Siena Hills – Ankeny, Iowa

• Part‑Time: Days – 7 am – 3 pm or 6 am – 2 pm;
  Evenings – 2 pm – 10 pm;
  Overnights – 10 pm – 6 am.
• Full‑Time Overnights: 11 pm – 7 am.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• A kind heart, reliable work ethic, and passion for senior care.
