Trinity Health First Choice is seeking a per diem / PRN RN Med Surg / Telemetry to work in Des Moines, Iowa. Positions are flexible, with rotating shifts (day and night) and a continuous hiring model.

Pay Range: $47.00/hr to $47.00/hr (Base hourly rate $48.00 + differentials). Premium pay along with daily pay and travel per diem opportunities.

• Float throughout the hospital and/or across multiple locations or regions.
• Apply standard elements of professional practice:
  Assess, Outcomes Identification/Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within the scope of licensure and knowledge.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, decisions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality & improvement initiatives.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Valid RN licensure in the state of employment.
• Minimum 18 months recent clinical experience in Med Surg, Tele, or PCU.
• Minimum 2 years recent clinical experience in other specialties (Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health).
• Required credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS, and PALS via American Heart Association.
