We are currently seeking Residential Support Professionals for a variety of shifts.
Full‑time position – 8‑hour shifts, 5 days a week, including every other Saturday and Sunday, for a total of approximately 80 hours every two weeks. It also includes a holiday rotation. The following schedule is available:
- Full‑time: 2 pm–10 pm
Weekend PRN shifts are also available for all positions.
This position starts at $16 per hour for minimal experience, with no required degree. Annual raises are provided based on budget capacity and full‑time employees may receive a discretionary bonus at each anniversary.

As a Residential Support Professional at On With Life, you become part of a critical trans‑disciplinary team helping persons served work toward independence. The rehabilitation process is a 24/7 commitment for each individual.
Responsibilities- Creates, monitors, and implements individualized treatment plans to help persons served achieve their goals and transition to more independent living.
- Works with individuals to address life skills (e.g., meal planning, budgeting, community access, activities of daily living) and manages neuro‑behavioral and/or neuro‑cognitive challenges (identifying barriers, challenges, and self‑management strategies).

- An Iowa Class D3 chauffeur license (payable if not already held) and the ability to drive on behalf of On With Life.
- Maintained CPR certification (training provided if absent).
- Ability to obtain Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) certification, paid for by On With Life.
- Ability to obtain Medication Manager certification (payable if absent).
- Prior experience in direct care with basic knowledge of neuro‑behavioral and neuro‑cognitive challenges.
- Proficient communication skills for collaboration within a team environment.
- Comfortable using computers and electronic records.
