** Inpatient Pharmacy Technician
** The Inpatient Pharmacy Technician assists with the preparation and dispensing of medications for patients served by Broadlawns Medical Center Inpatient Pharmacy and Clinics.  All duties are performed under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
** Schedule
* * Variable 9am-5pm  Every 3-4 Weekends
** Qualifications
* ** Registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy prior to starting employment
* Current CPhT Certification
* Ability to effectively communicate with patients, coworkers, and vendor partners
* Math aptitude with the ability to perform dosage or quantity calculations accurately
* Experience with pyxis preferred
* IV Compounding Experience preferred
* Knowledge of medical terminology, including generic and brand name pharmaceuticals
