Host Home Supervisor; Contract Monitor

Our Services for People with Disabilities are expanding and we are seeking a dedicated, energetic full‑time supervisor to work as a Contract Monitor for our Host Home Services in the Central and Southwest Iowa regions.

LSI is currently offering a $500 sign‑on bonus for this position.

• Act as the main contact for interdisciplinary team members and for individuals supported in the host home program.
• Work directly with assigned host homes to provide support, assistance, and instruction to facilitate personal growth and independence.
• Facilitate and participate in interviews and evaluations related to the contracting process for independent providers.
• Oversee contractual compliance and ensure providers deliver high‑quality care.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation and occasionally work outside regular business hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/GED and five years of related experience, OR
• Associate’s Degree and three years of related experience, OR
• Bachelor’s Degree and one year of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a human services related field and one year of related experience.
• Years of related experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, good driving record, and ability to pass extensive background checks (including abuse registries and criminal history).
