Patient Funding Alternatives (PFA) seeks a Patient Advocate Specialist to identify and enroll Medicaid patients into the Health Insurance Premium Payment (HIPP) program. Hybrid role, 2–3 days on-site at Mercy One Children’s Hospital, with a focus on patient engagement, enrollment, and benefit coordination.
You will build trust with patients, manage referrals, and coordinate with hospital staff to ensure timely enrollment while meeting weekly activity targets.
