Overview

This position will be responsible for case management in the Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) and Crisis Stabilization Community-Based Services (CSCBS) program, providing outreach and presentations on available services, maintaining client files, covering necessary on-call MCRT day shifts, and providing support and consultation to encourage recovery behaviors with consumers in a Mental Health Program.

Responsibilities

Provide case management services for clients according to program policies.

Complete required paperwork and maintain client files in accordance with program rules and policies.

Develop and maintain working relationships with other mental health practitioners, case managers, law enforcement officers, school personnel, hospital personnel, and other interested parties.

Qualifications

Education:

Must meet one of the following:

Mental health professional as defined in Iowa Code section 228.1

Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree; orHigh school diploma

Experience (based on education level noted above):

Mental health professional: 1 year of mental health experience

Bachelor's in human services: 1 year Bachelor's in non-human services: 2 years

Associate's degree: 2 years

High school diploma: 2 years

Licenses/Certifications:Valid driver's license and compliance with Eyerly Ball's auto insurance policy

Must pass criminal records and dependent adult/child abuse checks
