Information Desk Attendant - Part-Time

Monday–Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Wednesday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with a 30‑minute lunch. 16 hours per week. Fill in on other days as necessary when others are on PTO or vacation.

• Greeting patients and visitors as they enter the building
• Assisting patients and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
• Helping patients and visitors find medical offices and restrooms
• Assisting in transporting patients in wheelchairs to and from appointments within the building (up to 300 lb)
• Performing other duties as assigned

• At least 18 years old
• Must pass a pre‑employment background and credit check
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
• Good fit for individuals newly entering or re‑entering the workforce with limited experience and education

Ability to interact professionally; be personable, outgoing, and engaging; adapt to different personalities and working dynamics; handle conflict and differing ideas; work safely without direct supervision; ask for clarification or assistance when needed; push persons of varying weights in a wheelchair (up to 300 lb).
