We are partnering with a dynamic financial services organization that is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide day-to-day support and strategic partnership for its business operations within the insurance sector. This individual will work closely with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders to drive key people initiatives, enhance organizational effectiveness, and ensure alignment between HR strategy and business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior HR leaders on strategic initiatives including workforce planning, talent management, performance processes, and employee engagement.
Manage headcount reporting and tracking in collaboration with Finance and Compensation teams.
Support recruiting efforts by partnering with Talent Acquisition on search firm coordination, offer approvals, and onboarding processes.
Provide guidance on employee relations and policy interpretation as needed.
Lead and support employee programs, including promotion processes, development planning, and rotational programs.
Handle immigration case management within assigned business areas.
Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, training programs, and other key HR projects.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between HR and business priorities.
Remain adaptable to support evolving global HR initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
8-10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist supporting senior leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Demonstrated initiative and a hands-on approach to driving results.
