We are seeking an Agile Scrum Master to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile Scrum methodology and technical expertise in C#.NET, MVC, and Entity Framework.

• Provide Agile coaching for the development team, product master, and other departmental positions (management, business sponsor, etc.).
• Work on an existing Agile Scrum project as the project's Scrum Master.
• Understand basic fundamentals of agile and iterative development, as well as other processes and methodologies.
• Technical expertise and Agile Scrum background will be heavily tested during the interview process.

• Experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach (5 years required)
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET, and MVC (5 years required)
• Experience with automated unit testing (5 years required)
• Experience with Entity Framework (3 years required)
• Experience with T-SQL language skills working with MS SQL (3 years required)
• Experience with Nunit, TDD, Jenkins, SVN, and GIT (highly desired)
