Our client is seeking experienced QA Automation Engineers with hands-on expertise in Intelli

QA – Paytest Lab robotic automation and Eggplant
. This role is critical in helping the team rapidly advance test automation maturity and shorten the overall learning curve within the organization. The ideal candidate will be highly technical, collaborative, and comfortable working onsite with cross-functional engineering teams.

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Intelli

QA – Paytest Lab
.

Design and run test automation workflows using Eggplant (Functional & Performance).

Build and maintain Python-based automation frameworks
.

Support continuous test automation coverage for critical business processes.

Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to internal teams to accelerate automation adoption.

Document test strategies, automation workflows, and best practices.

Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to identify gaps and improve test automation effectiveness.

Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize scripts for long-term stability.

Hands-on experience with Intelli

QA – Paytest Lab automation solutions.

Strong experience with Eggplant automation tools.

Proficiency in Python test automation frameworks and scripting.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern test automation practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Ability to work 100% onsite in Des Moines, Iowa.

Background mentoring teams or accelerating adoption of new testing tools.

Retail or POS automation experience.

Experience with robotic process automation for UI or device testing.
