Community and Family Resources is a provider of substance use, problem gambling, and mental health services. We are currently seeking an Information Technology Specialist (IT) to provide technical support at our Des Moines location. This position is instrumental in ensuring our facility has the technology capabilities needed to serve our clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Maintain operational, configuration or other procedures.
- Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
- Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
- Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment.
- Provide assistance with new hires and terminations to add or remove access within required company portal access pertaining to their roles.
- Establish internal record‑keeping and reporting procedures in support of the information system.
- Install new or rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.

Full‑time - Hours:
40 hours each week, Monday‑Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
- Associate degree or higher in computer troubleshooting/networking.
- One‑year satisfactory demonstrated experience in computers, networking and data systems may be substituted for each year of required education post‑associate level.
